Apart from standard gravimetric and volumetric filling systems, De Vree also offers a variety of customized machines for specific applications.
Below is a sampler of alternative filling systems which De Vree have introduced at various production sites:

 

 

 

 

Filling machine type V304 with stainless steel transport system with step 254 mm, vertical dosing mechanism, lid placer, lid presser and central beam for easy height adjustment of the ancillary equipment.

The vertical dosing mechanism is especially suitable for filling of high viscous products that are fed with a hydraulic press. This way the product transfer from press to filling unit remains as short as possible

 

Filling machine  type Vreebase-DU02.BV with dosing mechanism suitable for fills between 0.5 L – 20 L in one dosing shot mounted at a fixed position immediately underneath a tank, combined with a closing filling head with actuator by means of tubing.

This dosing pump is especially suitable for filling extremely high viscous products as the volumetric dosing mechanism with special valve arrangement is located immediately underneath the production tank.

 

For filling extremely low viscous products, we also offer dip tube filling systems. The above picture shows a machine with 3 massflow meters and 3 closed filling heads with dip tubes suitable for submerged filling, all linked to 1 central hopper.

Filling machine K12, to fill drums on pallet or IBCs, with closed filling head, 2-stage filling actuator for coarse and fine filling and electronic weighing system (available in explosionproof or non explosionproof design). In standard design, the filling method is above level filling.

Subject to the type of product, below bunghole or submerged filling methods are also available.

Semi-automatic drum filling machine type 2000 with closed filling head, 2-stage filling actuator for coarse and fine filling both mounted at a fixed filling position, combined with an electronic weighing system (available in explosionproof or non explosionproof design).

In standard design, the filling method is above level filling.  Subject to the type of product and the filling opening of the drum, below bunghole or submerged filling methods are also available.
